Royal Academy of Dance EASTER INTENSIVE

Some of the top
 RAD tutors will be delivering the Examination Syllabus Course. 

Course in Intermediate Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced Foundation and Advanced 1 will be held at The Dance Workshop between Monday 28th March and Friday 1st April.




Tutors for RAD Easter Intensive 2016

Justine Berry
ARAD, PDTD, PGCert. MA

Justine was a dancer with London City Ballet, amongst others, and enjoyed a performing career spanning 18 years. She is a graduate of the RAD Professional Dancer’s Teaching Diploma 2003 (Distinction). She is an RAD faculty member and tutor for numerous Academy courses including international summer schools, examination intensives and Continuing Professional Development workshops. She is also a former Chairman of the RAD London and Middlesex Regional Advisory Board.

Justine has taught for English National Ballet School, Central School of Ballet, Tring Park, The Urdang Academy, The Place, Laban, the BA (Hons) in Ballet Education and LRAD programmes (RAD), as an anatomy lecturer and ballet teacher at London Studio Centre and Ballet Mistress for companies such as Ballet Ireland and European Ballet.

She currently teaches at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and the Royal Ballet School, White Lodge. She is also module convenor and tutor for the RAD Professional Dancer’s Teaching Diploma.

Justine holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from the University of the Arts, London and the Master of Teaching (Dance) from the Faculty of Education, RAD / University of Surrey.

Wendy Green
​

Wendy Green gained her Advanced Certificate and Licentiate's Diploma from the Teachers' Training Course at the Royal Academy of Dance. After graduating she worked as a freelance
teacher in London, continuing her studies of classical ballet and national dance with eminent teachers.

The family moved to Canada, where Wendy operated her own successful school in Victoria, British Columbia for some years, later moving to Vancouver, where she joined the faculty of the
prestigious Goh Ballet Academy, teaching all levels and choreographing many children's ballets.

In 1993 she became a Grades Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance and in 2004, after moving to France, Vocational training was undertaken.

Wendy Green is also a Tutor for the Academy and teaches courses around the world as well as doing private coaching, teaching at summer schools, adjudicating festivals, producing choreography for recitals and of course conducting examinations at all levels.
